1 Loaf French bread (split horizontally)
1/3 lb Blue cheese (any variety)
2 Cups Watercress springs
1 lb
Applegate Farms Peppered Eye Round
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon or to taste of horseradish - bottled, drained
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and horseradish until well blended.
- Set aside.
- Spread both sides of the loaf with blue cheese.
- Top cheese with watercress and beef.
- Drizzle horseradish mayonnaise over the beef and season to taste with salt and pepper.
