Organic Cocktail Franks Recipe (Organic Cocktail Frank Kabobs)

Serve up organic versions of all your game day favorites.

    Applegate Farms Organic Pork Cocktail Franks
    Organic red onion
    Organic green pepper
    Skewers
    Organic olive oil
    Organic hot dog buns
Note: We use all organic ingredients when possible.
2 packages Applegate Farms Organic Pork Cocktail Franks
1 medium organic red onion
1 medium organic green pepper
12 skewers
1-2 tbs. organic olive oil
10-12 organic GF hot dog buns

*You can also use our organic hot dogs or sausages as a substitute for the franks! All are gluten free. You'd just need to cut the dog/sausage into smaller sections.

Cut onion and pepper into chunks, about 1-inch big. Alternate the cocktail franks, onion, and pepper on skewers. Brush lightly with olive oil and grill until cocktail franks are hot, about 3 minutes on each side. Open hot dog buns and place on grill to toast, about a minute on each side. Pile on a plate and serve atop hot dog buns.

I just love any excuse to eat little cocktail franks! Whipped these kebabs up in no time, I ate bits off the kebab, but my husband put it on a hoagie roll and eat it as a sandwich with ketchup - yum!
