Healthy Cobb Salad Sandwich Recipe

    Applegate Farms Roasted Chicken
    Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon
    Avocado
    Tomato
    Lettuce
    Blue cheese dressing
    Crumbled blue cheese
    Sour cream
    Mayonnaise
    Worstershire
    Salt and pepper to taste
To a pita add:
2 slices of Applegate Farms Roasted Chicken
2 strips of Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon
Add sliced avocado, tomato, and lettuce
Drizzle with blue cheese dressing

Blue Cheese Dressing:
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayo
½ tsp worstershire
salt and pepper to taste

 

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Makes enough for 4 sandwiches.
