I have tried every single Applegate Farms Sausage product. I have been very happy with the others, but this one is at the top of the charts. Very versatile - can be used in recipes or eaten straight up. YUM!

This is the best sausage that Applegate makes...what makes me sad is the fact that it's so darn hard to find!!! There are a few stores in my area that carry Applegate products; mainly the chicken and apple or the spinach and feta. Those are fine. I used to really like them, until I tried the Roasted Red Pepper....I bought all they had and froze it. I'm down to my last two links. And like a fine bottle of wine, I'm saving them....what's a non-pork, non-casing girl to do??

I love this sausage! I started buying it at Trader Joes and it made all the difference in the recipes I added it to! I will be looking for other places to buy it now that TJ no longer offers it!!
