Wheat Free Beef Corn Dogs

*Natural Wheat-Free Beef Corn Dogs

Gluten Free March 3, 2012

Reviewer: Elycia S.

I came to this site to check if the hot dogs were gluten free. It wasn't stated on the box and sometimes "wheat free" doesn't necessarily mean "gluten free." Thanks for putting that on the website. The breading was broken and coming off the hot dogs. My kids liked them anyway, but weren't able to eat off the stick. I don't blame Applegate Farms for that--I think that happened during the grocery stocking because the hot dog boxes were jammed into a tight space. Overall, we were very pleased with finally having CORN DOGS again! Thank you, Applegate Farms. You're the best and we rely on your company for many of our GFCF products!!

fave for my son! January 27, 2012

Reviewer: Jean v.

I was coming to the website to check whether these are casein free, as we recently went dairy free in addition to gluten. So happy b/c my son loves these! Going to Whole Foods in a minute to stock up. These are a great choice when I feel overwhelmed! We never eat out, so it is nice to take a break from home cooking madness! :-)

Cornmealy dogs December 7, 2011

Reviewer: J c.

This was the first corndog I have had in years -I was very happy to have it and to have it be natural and GF!!! The breading is a bit grainy and perhaps too thick in porpotion to the dog. I remembered corndogs being a finer texture and a more compact breading - but this is a new type of CD - GF and Natural - I'll take the trade offs, but probably won't get them often since they aren't quite what I would like in a corndog. Thank you for offering them though - it helps a Celiac (me) feel a bit more normal.

Coating fell apart November 27, 2011

Reviewer: Jessica A.

When I opened up my package, the corn coating had broken apart and fallen off most of the corn dogs, even though they were still frozen. I tried to make 2 anyway, and had to eat them with forks. Too bad, because they tasted alright, but they were defective right out of the box :-(

Reviewer: Ju S.

Our family loves your company. This corn dog is my son's best. But I want to know. Are soybean oil and corn non-gmo? If not, I will not buy anymore.

Are these gluten free? September 22, 2011

Reviewer: Shannon C.

The packaging on your wheat-free corn dogs does not say that they are also gluten-free. Are these gluten-free? If so, please state on packaging. Thank you!
