I tried this product as a result of another review on this site and I'm glad I did. It's everything they say it is and more with no funky aftertaste. You could easily substitute this for regular bacon in ANY recipe without compromise in flavor!

My husband is a bacon hound! I figured if he likes this turkey bacon, since he hasn't like any other brand we have tried in the past, then we are good to go! He loved it! It is very tasty and natural, not schmooshed together like other brands. This is really what makes this a good product. Keep up the good work!

I've had my fair share of turkey bacon and, like many reviews have already pointed out, they are processed, chewy, look unappetizing (at best), rubbery, but not this one! This is by far the best turkey bacon I have ever had. I can only assume the few bad reviews come from those who have been sucked into the world of processed foods and or are expecting a bacon (not turkey) experience. I swear by this product and have gotten my family hooked on it too. They were thrilled to replace their go to rubbery turkey bacon with this product. Wonderful!

The nutritional profile of this turkey bacon (lower in sat-fat, claimed 0, but higher in cholesterol than pork bacon) is sufficiently high-impact that I won’t bother with it again. Cooked under what could only be called best-possible conditions, I couldn’t get anything remotely resembling a crisp texture. I found it to successfully achieve a sort of pork flavor, but less than a slice of ham – which would have been healthier. About an hour after the meal, I sensed that certain saltiness in the product, in spite of it’s low-ish 200 mg per slice. Also, the single slice serving is totally unrealistic. My wife and I each had a double, which was adequate. End result, really a poor nutritional substitute or traditional bacon. I typically trim the fat off of low-sodium bacon, making for a much healthier food in my opinion. I guess if pork was verboten around these parts, I’d be happier to have brought this pricey little item home.

some women splurge on shoes, purses, etc... my vice is organic, fresh, healthy food. i gave up pork years ago and have tried many turkey bacon varieties in the past. didn't like any of them until i found applegate... it is nothing like the pressed, plastic-y stuff i was finding. it is such a treat!!! first BLT i've enjoyed in a decade, thank you!!

I can finally have a BLT again. 6 months ago I had to give up my BLT's because of high blood pressure, but not any more. I've tried several different kinds of turkey bacon but nothing that compare to your'se. Now, the question is can I find it in Michgian where I live during the summer. I sure hope so. Thanks for a great product.

Absolutely love this bacon. This is the only turkey bacon I can get my husband to eat. Only problem is actually getting it. My local store doesn't carry it so when I do purchase it, I purchase multiple at a time and freeze it to hopefully last us a while.

I bought Applegate Turkey Bacon for the first time and was unpleasantly surprised when I bit down on multiple bone chips while eating the product. The chips were so hard they could easily have caused a cracked tooth. This company needs to investigate their product quality control or change their process to completely remove all bone. Why should there be bones in a processed meat product to begin with?

I love Applegate Farms Turkey bacon. It's so delicious! A healthy alternative to conventional pork bacon, and much tastier to the other turkey bacon brands on the market. I buy it at the Silver Spring/Takoma Park Co-op in Maryland. I really enjoy eating this great product for breakfast.

After trying several other turkey bacons on the market, which nobody in my family liked, I almost gave up. I saw a package of this bacon and thought it looked good and I liked the fact that it was nitrate free. Everyone in my family, including my two picky eaters love this bacon and now ask for it instead of regular pork bacon. I love how low in fat it is!
