Can't say enough good things about Applegate products. Having a family and boys who love, salami, pepperoni, hot dogs, cold cuts, bacon etc., it is nice to have products available WITHOUT nitrites/nitrates and fillers of unknown sources. I have tried the bacon, salami, pepperoni and a few of the cold cuts and I think they taste great and they are not lacking in any flavor.
I no longer have to feel guilty giving these special treats to my kids and family! I'm so happy to have found these products and so glad that someone FINALLY is putting out nitrate/nitrite FREE products!!! Thanks Applegate :)

Satisfying Genoa Salami June 25, 2010

I found this salami to have the perfect balance of spice and flavor. Not too spicy, and cut fairy thin which is also to my liking. Very enjoyable.
