I'M IN LOVE.... April 27, 2011
Reviewer: Michelle R.
Yes, you read that right...I'm in love with this fabulous spicy sausage. It's jam packed full of flavor and is amazing served over brown rice with a giant pile of roasted asparagus! I'm considered if a case of this stuff would be considered excessive!??!!

Sweet and Mild Options January 7, 2011
Reviewer: Applegate Farms *.
Dear Todd M.,
Sorry that our Andouille Sausage ignited your taste buds too much! Andouille is known for being based on Cajun Spices, thus being very spicy by nature. They are even sometimes referred to as "hot link" sausages. That’s why we put the word “SPICY” in caps twice on the package. We have 6 other non-Andouille varieties which are labeled “SWEET” and “MILD”, I hope one of those sausages will be just right for you!

Horrible January 7, 2011
Reviewer: Todd M.
Absolutely horrible. Way too spicy and they hide the word spicy above the packaging. I didn't know it until it was in my mouth. Will never buy again.

Spices! December 1, 2010
Reviewer: Applegate Farms *.
Dear Richard R,
Thanks for giving us your feedback. Our combination of spices including pepper, cumin, paprika, oregano, and thyme leans itself to the Cajun influence, as most Andouille products do tend to be heavy on the spices. We’re sorry to hear that your taste buds were over-ignited and we’ll pass the message along to our product development team! Thanks again!

My favorite sausage EVER! September 8, 2010
Reviewer: Stephanie Z.
This sausage is by far my favorite. It has great spice and is made with only white meat. I used it at this huge low country boil and everyone loved it. It's the only sausage I will use!

Best Gumbo Sausage May 20, 2010
Reviewer: Carole F.
We have a restaurant in Inglewood, CA called Mee-Ma's Louisiana Gumbo and we put a product on the market GumboBrick.com. We use this Andouille in every pot of gumbo we make, and recommend it at road shows for COSTCO when customers sample our product. I love it! So flavorful...

Has all the taste with far less calories. This stuff tastes amazing, and you would be hard pressed to tell that this is a much healthier alternative.
