Love this stuff. It is the only salami I will let my daughter eat. Tastes great and makes me happy to know that the pigs are humanely raised.

Bought the Genoa salami today at the 808 Columbus Ave Whole Foods in Manhattan. It comes with a very attactive edging and would be great for hors d'oeuvres. THE TASTE - Not too fatty, but satisfyingly so. Saltiness and spice are fine. A very good sandwich salami, on bread drizzled with olive oil and toasted.
