Made from lean pork loins that have soft, smoky flavor and hints of spice. There are no shortcuts to authentic-tasting Canadian-Style Bacon. Our process instills a flavor that is nuanced and complex and can't be reproduced with flavor additives. It is marinated and slowly cooked before being flavored with a natural, environmentally-friendly smoking process that does not create PAHs. All of our pork is Certified Humane. Diced and quickly fried, Canadian-Style Bacon can be tossed into salads, sprinkled over scrambled eggs, or added to your own favorite dishes.

Makes the BEST pizza topping May 24, 2010

This Canadian Bacon, when fried in a pan with a little butter, gets eaten up before we can turn it into homemade pizza toppings. It takes a lot of self-control to stop eating it all before it's too late. This is by far the best Canadian Bacon on the market.
