Natural Coppa
Our Coppa is made from prime, boneless cuts of pork shoulder, antibiotic-free of course, seasoned and dry cured for approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Coppa is similar to prosciutto and is often used in the same manner. However, it possesses a richer flavor since it is considerably more marbled. Like prosciutto, coppa is great with fresh fruit, or mixed in a cream sauce.
