too salty!! August 18, 2010
Reviewer: Diana L.
Gluten free - ok, great. But there is too much sodium per serving to hawk this as a "healthy" comestible. It is so salty my eyeballs shriveled.

Excellent March 14, 2010
Reviewer: Kathleen K.
This is by far the best tasting turkey breast I have found and the fact that it is organic is a plus for me since I try to eat organic whenever possible. I have tried other herb roasted turkey breast and applegate is still #1. Whole foods in my area no longer carries it at the deli. I enjoy thinly sliced turkey breast and therefore cannot speak for the prepackaged slices.

Concentrated Refined Additives of "natural-origin" are not proven safe for consumption February 5, 2010
Reviewer: Investigate I.
Looks like all these Applegate chicken & turkey cold cuts contain Carageenan, another completely unnecessary food additive used solely for aesthetic concerns. Interestingly, it is used in labs to purposely induce colitis & crohns (inflammatory bowel disease). There are also various types of carageenan, but the type is not noted by Applegate. All additive carageenan is highly refined and concentrated; it is not "natural" and certainly a deceptive use of the term ORGANIC. The term ORGANIC is losing it's value (maybe it's already lost). Yet another food additive that places the burden of proving it unhealthy on the public AFTER IT IS PUT INTO THE FOOD SUPPLY; rather than proving it safe BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE FOOD SUPPLY.

So Delicious! December 5, 2009
Reviewer: Kolya Lynne S.
The turkey doesn't taste like most deli turkey, it tastes like real turkey (from the entire bird, like on Thanksgiving Day). And I love the herbs and spices that are added to it. I will never buy any other meats but Applegate Farms. I am a fanatic fan for life!
